Customer Reviews
Smooth experience, minor shipping note
I ordered a Magic Box for my girlfriend's birthday. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the box I wanted pretty fast. Checkout was straightforward. I chose the postal delivery option and it arrived two days earlier than the tracking said, which was a nice surprise. The box itself looked good, and the voucher inside was clearly explained. I didn't need customer support, so I can't comment on that, but the whole ordering and delivery process was efficient. The only minor thing was that shipping wasn't free, but I knew that beforehand.
What an incredible experience
I finally got to do 'Fallschirmspringen' through mydays and it was absolutely amazing! The booking process was so simple, and the confirmation came through quickly. The whole day was just perfect, everything was organized so well at the location. I can't believe I waited this long to try it. I'm already looking at what other adventures they have for next time. I will definitely be a returning customer!
Cool present, easy to get
Needed a present for my friend who loves cars, so I got him a Ferrari fahren experience. The website was easy to use, and I got the voucher delivered straight to my email. It was a pretty cool gift idea and super simple to sort out. He was really happy with it.
Easy last-minute present
Needed a quick birthday gift for my sister and remembered mydays. I picked out a 'Wellness Tag' for her. The site was super easy to use, found what I wanted fast. Got the voucher sent to my email, printed it out, and boom, gift sorted. She loved it too, said the place was really nice. It was just a simple, no-fuss way to get a good present. Everything went well.
Decent value for a fun day
I was looking for a fun activity and saw the 'Quad Tour' listed. I always try to find the best deals, so I signed up for the newsletter and got a 10 Euro discount code right away. It made the price feel a lot more reasonable. The whole purchase was easy, and the voucher came quickly. I think for the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. I had a blast on the tour, so I felt like I got good value for my money.
Consistent service, easy booking
I've used mydays a few times now for different gifts. This time I got a Kochkurs for my parents. Like before, the process was smooth. I received the voucher email fast and my parents had no trouble booking their date online. It's always reliable; I know what to expect when I order from here.
Consistent service as always
This isn't my first time buying from here; I've used them for 'Krimidinner' and a 'Floating' experience before. This time I got a 'Kurztrip für Zwei' for my anniversary. The website hasn't changed much, which is fine because it's always worked. The digital voucher arrived promptly, just like all the previous times. It's nice knowing what to expect; the consistency in their delivery and service is why I keep coming back. Never had a bad experience.
Good value for a gift
I bought a mydays Wertgutschein for my sister's birthday. I signed up for the newsletter and got 10 Euro off right away. It made the gift feel like a better deal, which was important to me. The voucher arrived quickly by email. It was simple to purchase and felt like a good saving overall.
Fast email delivery
Bought a Dinner in the Dark voucher. Got it via email almost instantly. No problems. Simple purchase.
Good gift experience overall
I bought a 'Dinner in the Dark' experience as a gift for my parents. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on the website, easy to navigate. The voucher arrived via email almost instantly, which was great. They redeemed it for a date that worked for them without any issues. My mom said the experience itself was very unique and fun. Quality seemed good based on their feedback, and they had no problems using the voucher. It was a smooth transaction from start to finish.

My sister's birthday is next week, and I'm in Munich. How fast do the physical gift vouchers usually ship? Wondering if I should just print it myself.
Anyone know if you can actually return a mydays voucher if the person doesn't want it? Or if it's super hard?
How long does it typically take to get a physical voucher delivered? Like, if I order today, could it arrive in Munich by Friday?
I'm looking at a spa day, but Jochen Schweizer also has some. Is mydays generally better or is there much difference?
what's the return policy like if the gift isn't a hit? My friend is super picky.
